5 Random things you can use to fill your journal for the fall

Sometimes it is difficult to come up with ideas to fill every blank space of a journal's page. That's why I created a list of random (and free) objects you can collect or print to decorate your journal for the fall.

1. Leaves. It can seem pretty childish but collecting leaves from different trees gives the perfect fall vibes to your journal. It can be also a good reason also to go outside for a walk and dive into nature, maybe while listening to songs with autumn or Halloween vibes.

2. Tea etiquettes. Is there something more tipical in the autumn then a cup of hot tea and a book? Keep the etiquette of the first tea bags you use to prepare tea to fill in your journal.

3. Soup recipes. Fall means pumpkin (or more in general veggie) soups after a hard long day at work or school. So print or write down on the page your favorite recipe (and if you want also annotate the days you have prepared a warm or hot meal for yourself.)

4. Doodles of autumn veggies. To decorate the journal you can doodle seasonal fruit or vegetables. There are plenty of tutorials on the internet. The doodles don't have to be perfect, their only job is to add a touch of color to the page

5. Song names (or Spotify codes) with autumn vibes. If you like listening to music you can write (or print the Spotify code) your favorite songs in your journal with fall or winter vibes. When you will flip through your journal in the future you will remember all the music you used to love in the fall.
